Emmanuel Church, Woodley is an Anglican church in Woodley, close to Reading in the English county of Berkshire. It is a Church of England church in the Reading Deanery of the Diocese of Oxford. The church was planted in 1991 by a group of people from St John's and St James' Churches led by Church Army evangelists Richard & Mandy Priestley. Ian Watson was the Vicar for Woodley at this time.

Emmanuel Church is in the Parish of Woodley St John the Evangelist, along with St John's Church and Woodley Airfield Church, and is also a member of Churches Together in Woodley. In 2010 District Church Councils were established at both St Johns Church and Emmanuel Church giving a greater degree of independence to each church and enabling council meetings to be much more focused. The District Church Councils are accountable to the Parochial Church Council which retains overall responsibility for governance in the parish but now meets at the much reduced frequency of four times per year.
